Start in 2026 SummerCitizens is seeking Cloud Engineer Interns for their Enterprise Technology & Security Summer Internship Program, aimed at providing practical experience in cloud engineering. Interns will work alongside engineers to modernize data storage and access, support cloud-based solutions, and participate in professional development activities.

Responsibilities
Help to support the implementation of cloud-based solutions throughout the organization
Offer technical support to cloud-based solutions end-users and partners
Assist with monitoring the performance of cloud applications and solutions; analyzing opportunities for improvement
Qualification
Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, software development, or other technology-related degree
Expected graduation date of May 2027
Minimum GPA 3.0
Solid understanding of one or more of the following programming languages, frameworks, libraries, and data formats: Java, JavaScript, C, Python, .Net, Node, SQL
Demonstrated ability to operate in a team environment; good interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with cloud engineering via internships or coursework, which could include: developing cloud solutions, cloud architecture, developing and implementing cloud adoption plans, and cloud application design
Cyber security coursework preferred
Exposure to one or more of the following preferred: AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, IaC tools, Kibana, DataDog, Python or JavaScript
