Deep expertise in Encompass SmartClient and Encompass Web
End-to-end understanding of origination lifecycle (Application → Closing → Post-Close)
Multi-instance experience (Dev / QA / UAT / Prod)
Encompass release management and patch planning
Migration experience (Legacy → Encompass Web)
Company, branch, and user setup
Personas, roles, user groups, and access control
Milestones, loan folders, alerts, tasks, and workflows
Loan templates and dynamic data sets
Tables & Fees (Itemization Fee Management)
Document sets, custom print forms, and eFolder configuration
Business rules engine (advanced conditional logic)
Solution architecture for complex lending operations
Design of scalable, reusable configuration frameworks
Rationalization of legacy configurations
Environment strategy and governance
Performance and stability optimization
Design and implementation of Task-Based Workflow
Enhanced Conditions (standardization & normalization)
Workflow orchestration across roles (LO, Processor, UW, Closer)
Exception and override design
Adoption and change management alignment
EPC API architecture and governance
