Manage monthly and year-end close processes
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and internal reports
Perform reconciliations and assist with audit readiness
Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal policies
Support payroll, contractor payments, and commissions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and logistics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of five years of relevant accounting experience
Experience in a manufacturing, DTC sales, or supply chain environment strongly REQUIRED
Strong working knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP systems
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth businesses
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
CPA or CMA preferred
