Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy high‑quality Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs
Partner with technical teams to build applications, solve integration challenges, and optimize the Salesforce environment
Create detailed technical designs covering workflows, data management, automation, and document generation
Mentor junior developers and collaborate with UI/UX teams on best-practice Salesforce design approaches
Proactively implement enhancements while supporting break/fix needs
Perform Salesforce admin duties: profiles, custom fields, page layouts, dashboards, reports, and tooling
Support hosted applications—monitor logs, analyze performance, handle deployments, and respond to user inquiries
Troubleshoot platform issues and manage incident tickets to resolution
Champion continuous improvement, documentation, and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience across complex orgs and integrations
Strong working knowledge of JSON, XML, JavaScript, SQL, and multi-system architecture
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Copado, Jira)
Relevant Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Administrator / Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder
Preferred
Experience with Financial Services Cloud
Exposure to MuleSoft or similar integration platforms
Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data governance
Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
