Account Manager
Good Monster is a performance-driven marketing agency helping consumer brands scale from early traction to exponential growth. The Account Manager will serve as the main liaison between U.S.-based clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with U.S. consumer brand clients
Translate client goals into actionable briefs, deliverables, and timelines for internal teams
Assist project management across multiple campaigns — tracking deadlines, deliverables, dependencies, and budgets
Run internal status meetings and ensure clear communication across creative, media, and strategy functions
Proactively identify blockers, risks, or misalignments and drive solutions
Monitor campaign performance and collaborate on reporting insights and recommendations
Support client growth initiatives through renewals, upsells, and strategic opportunities
Qualification
Required
5+ years in account management, project management, or client delivery, ideally within a digital, creative, or performance agency with US clients
Proven experience working with U.S. eCommerce or consumer brands
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid media, content, influencer, lifecycle, creative strategy)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with precision
Expert in project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Teams, Monday.com, or similar)
Proficiency in English
Must currently reside in Florida, U.S. (preferably Miami)
Preferred
Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
