Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather necessary information for scheduling
Monitor progress and performance against the schedule, reporting any deviations or potential delays
Utilize critical path method (CPM) for effective scheduling and resource allocation
Conduct risk analysis to identify potential scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies
Prepare regular updates and reports on the status of the project schedule for stakeholders
Assist in construction planning and time management to optimize project flow

Required

Proven experience as a Construction Scheduler or similar role in the construction industry

Experience with resource allocation and management in construction projects
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders
You must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
