Responsibilities
Participate in a weeklong program containing educational sessions, hands-on project work, and access to an industry-leading trading desk
Engage in a collaborative and challenging real-world learning experience
Challenge yourself and learn outside of the classroom, expanding beyond theory and putting knowledge into practice
Receive feedback from seasoned traders on assumptions, mental models, and frameworks
Network with founders, leaders, traders, and other team members
Be considered for future full-time employment
Qualification
Required
Junior standing with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
Availability from May 18-22, 2026 or August 17-21, 2026
Bachelor's degree in the field of Finance, Economics, Financial, Accounting, Actuarial, Risk Management, Business, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or Accountancy
