This role involves developing brand strategy, managing public relations, and overseeing marketing campaigns to enhance the agency's reputation and client trust.

Responsibilities
Develop and refine the agency’s brand identity in the luxury home health and wellness market
Lead SEO-driven content strategy across social media, email, web, and print to elevate brand visibility
Manage media outreach, press opportunities, and partnerships with healthcare, wellness, and lifestyle outlets
Build relationships with industry leaders, influencers, and community organizations to expand reach
Supervise design, storytelling, and messaging across all platforms
Guide a small creative/marketing support team and collaborate cross-functionally with operations and care staff
Track performance of campaigns and adjust strategy for growth
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership experience in marketing, branding, or communications, ideally in healthcare, home health, or luxury services
Strong expertise in SEO, content creation, and digital marketing
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led, mission-driven environment
Passion for elevating patient-centered care through storytelling and branding
