Senior Account Executive

Rightfoot is a fintech company seeking a Senior Account Executive to own and scale their sales motion. This role involves managing complex B2B sales cycles and collaborating closely with the CEO to drive revenue and ensure successful customer launches.

Responsibilities

Source, qualify, and close new opportunities across our ICPs
Run structured discovery and lead prospects through a defined sales process
Drive deals from first meeting to POC to contract to launch
Navigate legal, compliance, and procurement conversations with confidence
Multi-thread across exec, operations, product, and legal stakeholders
Maintain momentum through long or stalled cycles with thoughtful follow-ups
Collaborate with the CEO on strategy, messaging, and key deals
Gradually take full ownership of accounts and opportunities
Act as a true thought partner while maintaining execution discipline
Own handoff and early account management in partnership with leadership
Ensure customers successfully launch and realize early value
Surface expansion and follow-on opportunities
Translate customer conversations into clear product and GTM insights
Provide crisp, honest pipeline reporting and forecasts
Help refine ICP, use cases, and sales materials as the motion scales

Required

4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including time at an early-stage startup
A proven ability to close complex, consultative deals
Experience owning deals with pilots, legal review, and multiple stakeholders
Strong judgment, follow-through, and accountability
Comfort operating with close CEO partnership, high standards, and frequent feedback
Clear, concise communication, both written and verbal
High personal standards and pride in execution
Action-oriented and reliable
Direct, thoughtful, and intellectually honest
Curious, but not distracted
Comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to bring structure
Someone others trust to 'just handle it'

Preferred

Fintech, lending, or payments experience
Experience selling data, APIs, or technically complex products
Familiarity with collections, servicing, or payments workflows
Experience working deals from pilot to expansion
