Responsibilities
Deliver on-site technical support for computers, peripherals, mobile devices, conference room AV, and video conferencing
Manage and resolve hardware, software, telephone, and connectivity requests using the ticketing system, escalating when needed
Configure desktops, laptops, and telephones following firm standards
Maintain accurate hardware/software inventory records
Participate in pilot testing, system build checks, and software updates; prepare documents and spreadsheets as required
Provide backup help desk coverage, coordinate vendor repairs, and assist with technology needs for off-site events
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in tech support, preferably at a law firm or professional services firm
Strong customer service skills
Confident working in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree plus exposure to networking basics
