Responsibilities

Create and modify CNC lathe programs using Mastercam
Hand edit G and M code at the machine as needed
Support CNC lathe setups, prove outs, and first piece runs
Work from blueprints, models, and process documentation
Collaborate with machinists to troubleshoot programs and processes
Support continuous improvement in programming and machining methods
Ensure programs meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards

Required

Minimum 2 years of Mastercam programming experience required
Experience programming CNC lathes
Ability to hand edit G and M code
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T comprehension

Preferred

Background in CNC machining strongly preferred
Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
