The HR-SIG Summer Analyst Program offers a 10-week experiential learning opportunity where interns will engage in compensation processes and contribute to various projects within the Strategic Incentives Group.

Responsibilities

Assist with compensation-related processes such as benchmarking, forecasting, budgeting, and headcount analytics
Own and complete a defined project or final presentation, summarizing key learnings, contributions, and recommendations from all rotations
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements across SIG workflows
Support ad hoc analyses and special projects driven by business, Finance and leadership requests

Required

Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
Anticipated graduation date: December 2026 – May 2027
Resume must include major, expected graduation month/year and GPA
