Sales Manager
Empowered Hospitality is assisting a hospitality client in NYC with the search for a Sales Manager. This role focuses on driving new business, managing client relationships, and selling high-end corporate and social events, requiring a high-energy individual who excels in outbound sales and relationship-building.
Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new client relationships
Manage inbound leads and close corporate, social, and wedding business
Build and grow long-term client partnerships
Create and present event proposals and contracts
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
Track leads, client communication, and sales activity using CRM and catering software
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of hospitality, catering, restaurant, or event sales experience
Proven track record of hitting revenue goals
Experience supporting off-premise catering or multi-venue events
High-energy, outgoing personality with strong client presence
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated
Comfortable with outbound sales, and proactive client outreach
