Responsibilities
Assisting the CEO and Studio Director in developing project man-hours and planning schedules for his/her phases of the project
Coordinating detailed phases of professional work in part of a major project or a total project of moderate scope
Coordinating the layout, design, drafting, and specifications produced by other architects, designers, engineers, and technicians who assist in specific assignments
Ensures that applicable codes, construction techniques, and sequences in various projects, including all aspects of cross-disciplines, are incorporated and coordinated
Exercises professional judgment in areas of contractual liability and standard of care
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Licensed architect in the State of Texas
A minimum of ten years of relevant experience in the architecture field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD software
Ability to work under tight deadlines with careful mindfulness
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead a multidisciplinary project team
Organized management of internal team members and external consultants on projects assigned to them
