Required
Ph.D in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or similar required, MBA a plus
Medical Device Experience REQUIRED, Dental Med Device experience preferred
12-15+ years of progressive experience leading and managing teams in New Product Development efforts with proven leadership skills
Experience taking products through the full-lifecycle from product inception through FDA approval and commercialization
Strong knowledge of and experience with the Stage Gate Process, Regulatory Requirements, ISO 13485, ISO 14791, ISO 10993, and GLP/GMP Practices
Strong skills in root cause analysis, CAPA, and Post Market Surveillance
The ability to be a trusted advisor to leadership and executives in identifying and recommending new technologies and product possibilities as well as improving upon existing products
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
