Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise-grade application interfaces
Build and optimize complex agentic and AI-driven workflows
Architect and develop full-stack infrastructure for high-performance systems
Work with large volumes of unstructured enterprise data
Implement and evaluate LLM-based solutions across application-layer use cases
Own features end-to-end, from design through deployment
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing value

Required

Strong fundamentals in software engineering and computer science
Proficiency in Python and TypeScript (Next.js experience preferred)

Comfortable working full-time from an NYC office
Clear communicator and strong team collaborator
Demonstrated ability to build (personal projects, startups, internships, or open-source work)

Preferred

Experience with React / Next.js or backend infrastructure
Prior startup experience or early-stage company exposure
Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI workflows, or agent-based systems
Active GitHub, hackathon wins, or shipped side projects
