Senior Relationship Manager - CRE Great Lakes Region

Responsibilities
Responsible for being knowledgeable for the regions client base and delivering quality service
Thoroughly understand and be able to communicate the LOB’s strategy
Assist the RM’s in structuring and pricing loans, generating fee income and deposits
Manage the PM’s so that the portfolio is being properly maintained and serviced
Help the team achieve their regional PTPPI goal
Make sure the team maintains their pipeline in salesforce
Qualification
Required
10+ years of relationship/account management experience selling real estate loans
5+ years leading, mentoring and motivating others
Demonstrated sales and negotiating experience
Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships
Undergraduate degree required
Preferred
Accounting, Finance or Business preferred
Credit and sales training, portfolio management, customer service, management and training of employees
