Perform molecular biology assays (qPCR) in a CLIA-regulated environment
Follow SOPs, quality control, and quality assurance procedures
Accurately document test results and maintain laboratory records
Assist with assay validation, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization
Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and laboratory safety standards
Maintain laboratory equipment and reagents
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (undergraduate) in Biological Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field
Prior experience in a CLIA-certified laboratory strongly preferred
Familiarity with molecular diagnostic techniques and instrumentation
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred
ASCP certification preferred
