Responsibilities
Issues initial and subsequent re-disclosures to consumers for multiple loan types in multiple states
Responds and addresses all lock extension & relock requests, requesting appropriate locks from Secondary along with determining responsible party for any fees incurred for extension/relock
Handles all Adverse Actions scenarios, generating documents to issue to borrowers
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 3 years of mortgage lending experience, specifically issuing disclosures/re-disclosures required
Working knowledge of mortgage loan documents, loan origination program and underwriting guidelines
Proficient in all compliance-related regulations governed by applicable federal, state and local consumer protection laws
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Well organized with the ability to multi-task
Demonstrates strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Works well with others
Strong mathematical skills
Moderate PC skills (MS Office products) and experience with mortgage origination systems
