Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing of their orders
Focus on sales @ our counter, coordinate delivery business and building customer relationships
Assist with daily restocking, and keeping branch, counter area clean and organized
Assist with warehouse functions as required, including inventory, receiving, shipping, stocking, and coordinating our daily & midnight deliveries
Stay informed and educated on product knowledge – Rexel provided
Inform manager of any potentially hazard or elevated situation pertaining to safety or the satisfaction of a customer
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School or GED - Required
Demonstrated knowledge including reading, writing and communication skills required
Minimum computer skills & phone skills are necessary
Good team player
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
Ability to type on a computer keyboard
Must have a great attitude, be punctual & consistent attendance required
Desire to grow with Rexel & gain electrical sales/product knowledge
Preferred
Electrical distribution experience preferred
Some electrical product knowledge and experience, preferred, but Rexel will train
