Customer Service Representative
Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Client First Center Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers. This role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience through various service channels while assisting with inquiries and resolving issues related to banking products and services.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries related to banking products and services via incoming phone calls and digital channels (email, social media, online chat)
Present a positive, professional image while delivering high-quality customer service
Identify sales opportunities and refer clients to appropriate sales associates
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures
Resolve customer inquiries or issues related to loan products
Research accounts and utilize support tools and resources to resolve customer concerns
Perform customer account transactions and maintenance accurately
Strive for first-contact resolution of inquiries, transactions, and issues
Escalate requests requiring additional expertise in accordance with department guidelines
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
Preferred
One or more years of experience in a high-volume service or call center environment
Working knowledge of database software or customer information systems (e.g., Jack Henry Silverlake or similar platforms)
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
