Responsibilities
Support day-to-day asset servicing and operational oversight of credit and bank loan portfolios, including insurance-backed mandates
Manage asset setup, lifecycle events, cash flows, accruals, paydowns, and corporate actions across loan and credit instruments
Reconcile positions, income, valuations, and cash movements across internal systems, custodians, administrators, and counterparties
Coordinate with loan agents, custodians, trustees, and third-party administrators to resolve breaks and operational issues
Support investment accounting and reporting processes for insurance-related portfolios
Collaborate with portfolio managers, finance, and risk teams to ensure accurate and timely operational support
Assist with process documentation, controls, and operational enhancements as the platform evolves
Participate in system enhancements and data initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3–8 years of experience in investment operations, asset servicing, middle office, or post-trade support
Strong bank loan experience, including settlement and ongoing servicing
Experience with credit instruments such as bank loans, private credit, or structured products
Familiarity working with custodians, administrators, trustees, and loan agents
Solid understanding of the investment lifecycle and operational workflows
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a growing, evolving environment
