Responsibilities
Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, cash application, and customer account reconciliation
Apply payments accurately and timely, resolving discrepancies and unapplied cash as needed
Prepare and review AR aging reports and support collection efforts in coordination with internal stakeholders
Reconcile AR-related balance sheet accounts and assist with month-end close activities
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
Support audit requests by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries related to AR activity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
Prior experience in accounts receivable or general accounting
Solid understanding of accounting principles and AR best practices
Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
