Responsibilities
Lead and coach implementation of Lean and continuous improvement practices in manufacturing areas
Facilitate improvement workshops (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 3P, etc.)
Drive systematic problem-solving and promote a CI culture
Train and mentor teams on Lean tools and principles
Support senior leadership in Daily Management systems
Lead and manage process improvement projects
Assist in developing and updating Lean training materials
Conduct assessments, maturity evaluations, and strategy support
Remove roadblocks and empower teams toward sustainable improvements
Qualification
Required
Strong Lean Practitioner experience in manufacturing environments
Proven problem-solving, facilitation, and coaching skills
Presentation and stakeholder engagement abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent)
Preferred
Prior Boeing experience
Lean Six Sigma background
