They are seeking a high-performing Account Executive – Air Freight Forwarding to drive new revenue growth in the San Francisco Bay Area market, focusing on developing new client relationships and expanding their international logistics footprint.

Responsibilities
Client Acquisition : Identify, target, and win new business accounts
Deliver creative, customized logistics solutions that generate recurring revenue
Relationship Management : Build trusted, long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals. Lead account implementation meetings and ongoing account reviews. Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and growth
Sales Presentations : Develop and present compelling proposals that clearly articulate Global4PL’s value and services. Negotiate and close deals with favorable terms for both clients and the company
Market Insights : Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform sales strategy
Collaboration : Partner with operations, pricing, and leadership teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
CRM Management : Maintain accurate CRM records of client activity, pipeline and performance
Qualification
Required
Must have outside sales experience in Air Freight Forwarding
Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in outside freight forwarding sales
Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation and presentation abilities
Must have a deep understanding of Air Freight Forwarding
Willingness to travel to client meetings and events
Preferred
Experience with domestic transportation, customs regulations and trade compliance is a plus
Experience and relationships within the tech industry a plus
Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred
