Responsibilities
Review non-immigrant and immigrant visa filings to ensure legal accuracy and compliance
Support high-volume U.S. business immigration operations, including petition review and case preparation
Address legal questions related to I-9, E-Verify, and reverification processes
Resolve complex E-Verify issues and provide legal guidance
Train and support administrative staff on USCIS filings, document processing, and PERM job postings
Review administrative work product for quality and legal accuracy
Assist with PERM applicant review requirements and compliance obligations
Respond to employee inquiries regarding visas, green cards, travel, and maintenance of status
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency, and employee experience
Support root cause analysis and resolution of legal and operational issues
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active bar admission
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite environment
Familiarity with Microsoft tools
Preferred
1+ year of immigration law experience (business immigration preferred; family-based acceptable)
