Responsibilities
Development & customization
Build new system integrations or customizations
Translate customer needs into technical requirement, implement solutions
Develop scripts (Typescript & Javascript) or other integration artifacts
Proficiency with web-based API authentication
Evaluate and test code, maintain technical documentation
Customer onboarding & support
Configure customer applications (ERP integrations and scripts) to deliver requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve issues
Provide post-go-live support to ensure satisfaction and retention
Report on status, issues and risks
Qualification
Required
Preferred Degree: Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Experience: 1+ years as a developer, working on integrations
Knowledge: Typescript, Javascript, API, REST/SOAP protocols, integrations, SQL/Postgres reports, JSON/XML
