Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
Serve as the focal point for internal and external stakeholders
Track project performance and communicate status, risks, and recommendations
Ensure process compliance and facilitate gate reviews
Coordinate standardized processes across multiple locations
Negotiate resource allocation and maintain budget controls
Drive continuous improvement in project productivity and methodologies
Qualification
Required
BA/BS in Engineering, Business, Science, or related field
Formal project management training (PMI); PMP or CAPM required (or within 6 months)
8+ years of project management experience, including leading multiple projects
Strong administrative PM skills and multitasking ability
Proficiency with PM tools (schedule, cost, risk, change control)
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Financial acumen (budgeting, cost analysis, risk analysis)
Salesforce CRM or similar experience a plus
Solid IT/business systems understanding
Preferred
Experience with high-technology customers and cross-functional teams
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry best practices
