Define & own the program test strategy
Lead testing across 60+ applications, managing cross dependencies and coordinated End-to-End Testing
Establish Test governance, quality gates and go-live readiness criteria across all testing streams
Ensure each testing streams have the requisite plan and bandwidth to meet the critical timelines
Drive defect management at a program level
Own the master test plan with revisions and bring alignment across testing streams
Plan, run, and govern the testing scrum of scrums across all applications testing stream
Ensure alignment on: Overall program plan
Resolve inter-team dependencies & blockers
Escalate through appropriate channels to directors for external vendor delays
Track program level defect ageing & risks from testing streams
Partner with Business, Technology, PMO by setting up regular cadence
Establish governance at multiple level for visibility
Coordinate testing across multiple streams for End-to-End Testing
Ensure standards are maintained across testing streams to maximize visibility & metrics across testing stream partnering with TCoE implementation team & project streams
Identify enablement areas across testing streams and facilitate acceleration particularly in areas of automation and regression testing that impact speed & quality of testing
Identify bandwidth issues that may impact delivery predictability
Talent deployed must have the ability to work across multiple stakeholders independently such as testing streams, PMO, Technology, vendors & external partners, Business, etc
