Responsibilities

Lead SAP QA activities across FS-CD, FS-RI, SAP BP, Workflow, and FI-GL
Manage and mentor a blended onshore/offshore QA team
Define and execute a test automation strategy using SAP TOSCA
Develop, review, and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts
Oversee defect management , root cause analysis, and quality improvements
Support UAT , ensuring strong test coverage and minimal defects
Track and report QA metrics (defect density, coverage, automation progress)
Collaborate with SAP functional, technical, BASIS, and business teams

Required

SAP TOSCA Automation & SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)
Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain experience
SAP testing for integration scenarios (BAPI/RFC)
SAP ChaRM and coordination with BASIS teams

Preferred

Experience with Guidewire or similar Policy/Claims systems
