These positions support the design, installation, commissioning, and ongoing support of commercial audiovisual systems across a wide range of environments.

Responsibilities
Installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting audiovisual systems such as displays, projection systems, video conferencing solutions, control systems, audio systems, and related infrastructure
Collaborate closely with internal departments and clients to ensure systems are delivered to design intent, function reliably, and meet performance expectations
Supporting system optimization, documentation, and providing technical insight and recommendations to ensure high-quality outcomes throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, or supporting audiovisual systems in commercial environments
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Familiarity with video conferencing platforms, audio systems, displays, and AV signal flow
Understanding of AV infrastructure, including cabling, mounting, and system integration best practices
Ability to read and interpret system drawings, schematics, and technical documentation (role-dependent)
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
Ability to work full-time in an on-site environment in Cleveland, OH or Pittsburg, PA
Preferred
Relevant technical certifications, training, or coursework in AV, IT, or engineering disciplines is a plus
Prior experience in AV installation, applications engineering, system design, or related technical fields is preferred
