Responsibilities

Start to build your own financial planning practice, crafting tailored insurance and investment strategies to support your clients
Begin with a development or mentor meeting followed by daily outreach activities and 3-4 meetings with potential clients
Obtain your Life and Health Insurance license and take the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 6 and Series 63 exams in your first year
Leverage competitive planning tools, technology, marketing and lead generation resources
