Responsibilities
Administer and maintain HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation
Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns
Import new client and contact data from events, webinars, and other sources
Generate reports in Excel and HubSpot to analyze KPIs and campaign performance
Support segmentation strategies for personalized communications
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data concerns and streamline processes
Create and manage automated workflows within HubSpot
Conduct regular audits to ensure data hygiene and compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM
Support integration with other platforms and identify opportunities for optimization
Assist with client communications (alerts, blogs, newsletters) and event list management
Manage holiday gifting and e-card distribution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
3–5 years of marketing experience in a professional services environment (legal, accounting, or similar)
1–3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/email platform)
Strong Excel skills, including reporting and KPI tracking
Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) and basic HTML for email templates
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and project management skills
Strong communication skills (written and oral) and professional judgment
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
