Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic HR plans that support business objectives
Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring a seamless recruiting process that attracts high-quality candidates
Drive performance management initiatives, providing guidance on employee evaluations and development plans
Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
Manage employee relations matters, addressing conflicts with effective resolution strategies
Oversee HRIS (Human Resources Information System) management, utilizing tools like Workday and Dayforce for data analysis and reporting
Implement organization design strategies to optimize workforce efficiency and effectiveness
Support succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential employees and creating development pathways
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in human resources management or a related field
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization
Experience with the full spectrum of HR practices, hire to retire
Multi-state payroll
Proven ability to handle Employee Relations with tact and professionalism
Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure organizational compliance
Expertise in Performance Management processes, including goal setting and employee development
Preferred
Experience with various HR software systems such as Oracle HCM, ADP, or Ceridian
Demonstrated ability in project management and process improvement initiatives
Knowledge of affirmative action planning and compliance practices
