Clinical Preference Card Project Manager

Hatch Pros is seeking a Clinical Preference Card Project Manager to support the Group’s perioperative services by leading the standardization and adoption of clinical preference cards. The role focuses on clinical process coordination, stakeholder engagement, and driving adoption within perioperative operations, requiring a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of coordination for the clinical preference card initiative
Partner closely with:
Perioperative Services leadership
Clinical operations teams
Business Relationship and IT support teams
Plan, schedule, and lead recurring working sessions with clinical stakeholders
Facilitate discussions to:
Review existing preference cards
Identify opportunities for standardization
Align stakeholders on desired state workflows
Document decisions, action items, and next steps
Assign and track tasks across contributing teams
Support and influence clinical adoption, recognizing that final accountability resides with Medical Group leadership
Apply lessons learned from Phase 1 to guide future efforts
Provide regular status updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership
Lead clinical process discussions
Drive coordination and accountability
Support adoption and change management efforts

Required

Strong clinical background in perioperative, surgical services, or related clinical operations
Experience supporting or leading preference card initiatives
Experience supporting or leading perioperative operations improvement
Experience supporting or leading clinical standardization or adoption efforts
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with physicians
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with nursing leadership
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with frontline clinical staff
Proven facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable operating in complex, matrixed healthcare environments
Able to influence without direct authority

Preferred

Prior experience working in an academic medical center or large health system
Experience supporting multi-phase clinical initiatives
Background in clinical operations project or program management
