Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for three clinical centers within Sargent College
Support clinical, educational and research programs of the Centers
Provide patient care support for clinical programs including greeting patients, managing phones, scheduling appointments/programming, payments, insurance matters, patient intake and ensuring HIPAA compliance
Provide budgetary, administrative and research support to each center as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree and one to three years of experience, preferably in a clinical or medical setting
Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with learning and troubleshooting new software systems
Able to work independently and accurately with high attention to detail
Ability to learn and navigate a variety of electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Ability to successfully communicate on sensitive and confidential topics with a variety of individuals including patients, faculty and staff
Understanding of HIPAA regulations
