They are seeking a Field Service Technician to install high-tech equipment for pharmaceutical and radiopharmaceutical facilities across North America, involving hands-on installation, testing, and collaboration with project teams.

Industrial Automation

Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical components and install electrical wiring, cables, and pneumatic lines for advanced isolators and automation systems
Support installations for Radiopharma, Pharma, and Cell & Gene Therapy equipment—critical to sterile drug manufacturing and advanced therapies
Assist with FAT and SAT testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with technical specifications
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and customers to deliver exceptional results
Visit customer sites across North America, gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies and processes

Required

Two-year Industrial Technical diploma (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
Hands-on assembly and installation in a multi-disciplinary environment
Customer-facing problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented
Resilient under pressure
Excellent time management
Strong communication skills
Must be eligible to travel domestically and internationally
Legally operate a vehicle
Must have valid passport within first 90 days
