Maintain the Rooms Preventive Maintenance Program and keep updated records
Respond to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
Assist guests with hotel property knowledge, guest room repairs, and common area maintenance
Work with managers to recommend maintenance service solutions
Ensure a clean and safe work area in compliance with regulations
Qualification
Required
2+ years of maintenance experience preferred
Must have a current and valid driver's license with a safe driving record
Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis
