Responsibilities

Own day-to-day website management, ensuring all pages, content, and product information are current, complete, and reliable
Monitor site health and performance, surfacing issues related to speed, usability, discoverability, and conversion
Manage content updates, tagging, redirects, internal linking, and navigation to support clarity and performance
Conduct regular quality assurance on updates, releases, and enhancements
Improve product discovery through structured content, clear categorization, and intuitive on-site organization
Drive maintenance of clean, well-structured product data that supports search visibility and user understanding
Partner with the Director of Marketing, Digital Experience Specialist, and agency partners to prepare pages, assets, and content for product launches
Identify usability and experience gaps by reviewing analytics, user behavior, and industry best practices
Partner with the Digital Experience Specialist to support CRO initiatives, UX enhancements, and site refinements
Ensure the website remains intuitive, efficient, and easy to navigate
Review website analytics and performance trends regularly, tracking traffic, engagement, conversions, and bounce rates
Build and maintain monthly website performance dashboards, surfacing actionable opportunities for improvement
Support data-informed decision-making by connecting performance insights to site updates and optimizations
Stay current on digital, SEO, UX, and eCommerce trends, bringing forward recommendations that improve performance
Establish and manage standards for SEO, ADA compliance, structured data, and schema markup
Own and maintain website and content-related SOPs, ensuring consistency across teams and partners
Build repeatable systems that support search visibility, accessibility, and user experience

Qualification

Required

5+ years of hands-on experience in website management, digital project coordination, or a related role
Experience working in a CMS-driven eCommerce environment (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, Adobe Commerce)
Solid understanding of UX principles, SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and content structure
Strong eCommerce marketing experience, including product launches, landing pages, and on-site merchandising
Data-informed, problem-solving mindset with ability to identify issues and recommend practical improvements
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with comfort working across teams and with external partners

Preferred

Experience using AI tools to support content or workflows a plus
