Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Exposure to pharmaceutical or life sciences domain
Understanding of SDLC and Agile concepts
Experience using JIRA or documentation tools
Strong communication and documentation skills
Basic understanding of data and reporting concepts
Ability to work in regulated environments
