Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for credit card products and platforms
Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Own and prioritize the product backlog aligned to business goals and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with technology teams and vendors to deliver card processing solutions
Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews
Ensure documentation aligns with PCI, data security, and card network standards
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in payments or card services
Strong understanding of the credit card lifecycle and card processing systems
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Commercial or consumer card domain experience
Experience with TSYS card processing platforms
Exposure to AI / machine learning initiatives, AI-enabled products, or AI-driven analytics
Agile certification (SAFe, POPM, Scrum Product Owner)
