IT Program Lead (Change Management)- ITDAI (Contractual)
The International Monetary Fund is seeking an experienced IT Program Lead (Change Management) to lead the change management strategy and execution for its multi-year Cybersecurity Program. This role is critical to ensuring successful adoption of cybersecurity initiatives across the Fund, minimizing disruption, and maximizing stakeholder engagement and value realization.

Qualification
Required
Advanced degree in information technology or related field of study plus a minimum of 8 years of experience in IT change management, an experience in cybersecurity-related programs is a plus; or a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field of study and a minimum of 14 years of progressive IT change management work experience
Proven track record in leading change for complex, multi-faceted IT programs
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels
Experience with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci)
Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Power BI, and Microsoft 365
Certifications: Prosci®, or equivalent preferred
Preferred
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity
Collaborative, diplomatic, and resilient under pressure
Experience working in international or multilateral institutions is a plus
