Responsibilities
Must have development experience in AEM, HTML5, CSS3, JS, and Project Management tools such as JIRA
Assisting with developing webpages for new product integrations, Campaigns, and Promotions using AEM Templates/Components
Troubleshoot performance issues to ensure identical rendering across browsers, and devices
Work on projects that include web layout enhancements and website enhancements
Ability to contribute to the creation, assessment, and validation of project requirements
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize different tasks
Collaborate with quality assurance, technical teams, and management to deliver high quality outputs
Recommend and design standard and custom JIRA workflows
Create, configure, and customize JIRA projects, workflows, screen schemes, custom fields, permission schemes and notification schemes to meet business needs
JIRA features & its implementation knowledge like how to create user stories, how to link with an EPIC, what is sprint, project release etc
Apply deep familiarity and experience with Scrum, Kanban, Agile best practices, and tools to promote individual, team, project, and organizational success
Create and configure metrics, dashboards, reports, and advanced filters in JIRA to provide end-users and business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports

Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge and skills with Adobe Creative Suite
Strong time management and multi-tasking skills while working under tight time constraints
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize
2+ years of content management experience, preferably AEM
2+ years of development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
2+ years of Jira admin experience (User management, workflows)
