Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and conduct internal quality audits in alignment with organizational and industry standards
Evaluate processes, documentation, and systems to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS)
Identify, document, and investigate non-conformances; recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Prepare clear, structured audit reports, data insights, and trend analyses
Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operational functions
Review and validate testing, measurement, and analytical equipment for precision and reliability
Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to enhance overall process performance
Assist in developing training content and supporting internal quality awareness programs
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality auditing or quality engineering roles
Internal Auditing Certification preferred
Working knowledge of ISO9001, ISO17025, or comparable QMS standards
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
CQA or Lead Auditor certification
Experience in foundry, machining, manufacturing, or industrial environments
Familiarity with root‑cause analysis methods (5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, etc.)
