Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
6–12 years of civil / land development experience
4+ years of hands-on experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Strong knowledge of grading, stormwater, and utility design
Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Familiarity with NY/NJ land development regulations
