Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for banking clients, handling a high volume of inbound calls daily
Provide knowledgeable support across a range of banking products and services, including deposit accounts, digital banking tools, bill pay, money movement, mobile features, and debit cards
Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to research, document, and resolve client inquiries efficiently
Deliver clear, accurate information while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone
Build trust and long-term relationships by understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions
Partner with internal teams when needed to resolve more complex client requests
Follow established banking policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines with strong attention to detail

Required

At least 1 year of professional experience (may include internships, volunteer work, or office-based roles)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously
Willingness to work assigned shifts, including potential evenings or weekends
