Responsibilities
Prepare detailed analytical reports for senior management and the Board of Directors
Conduct financial modeling and documentation to support management of key financial risks, including:
Interest rate risk
Liquidity risk
Concentration risk
Assist with ALM modeling, including model inputs, assumptions, analysis, and reporting
Support the monitoring of competitive rate surveys and provide rate recommendations for the internal ALCO committee
Contribute to profitability analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting processes
Perform select accounting-related duties as assigned
Support processes related to Allowance for Credit Loss (ACL) calculations and required documentation
Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory expectations, and financial accuracy standards
Utilize available resources to strengthen financial analysis skills and support departmental initiatives
Collaborate with finance and accounting leadership to enhance financial accuracy, efficiency, and strategic insight
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of financial analysis or related experience within a financial services, credit union, banking, or similar industry environment
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or Formal industry-recognized certifications equivalent to a bachelor's degree
