Responsibilities
Lead budgeting and forecasting, including model development, variance analysis, and performance tracking
Prepare financial reports and support monthly/quarterly close activities
Partner with Sales, Operations, and IT to improve data accuracy and forecasting
Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and executive reports for decision-making
Analyze inventory, fixed assets, and reserves; ensure general ledger accuracy
Support audits and maintain compliance with US GAAP and IFRS
Present complex financial data through clear visualizations and presentations
Streamline reporting through automation and process improvements
Contribute to M&A due diligence, scenario modeling, and strategic initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5–8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting
Strong knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS exposure a plus
Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Preferred
CPA or MBA preferred
Japanese skill is a big plus
