Responsibilities

End-to-End Governance: Define project governance, finalize scope, and develop comprehensive management plans, including timelines and resource allocation
Agile Leadership: Lead teams through the Realize phase, utilizing Agile Sprints to build functionality and manage configurations
Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the central communication hub for internal teams, customers, and vendors like OpenText and Avalara
Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify risks, manage scope changes, and conduct rigorous monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Project Control: Track progress against milestones and ensure the project remains within budget and schedule

Required

10+ years of experience managing SAP Version Upgrade projects
4+ years of specific experience managing SAP S/4HANA Version Upgrades
Proven track record in an Onshore-Offshore delivery model
Expertise in SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard analysis
Advanced skills in Status Reporting, budget tracking, and executive communication

Preferred

Project Management Professional (PMP) or SAP Certified Associate in SAP Activate
Technical familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) or cloud migrations
Experience managing complex integrations with tax (Avalara) and document management (OpenText) systems
