Specialist - Human Resources (Performance Mgmt & Org Development)

Responsibilities
Administer the performance management system and process, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and feedback tools to drive productivity and align individual goals with company objectives
Monitor and administer probationary period evaluations (30-60-85 Day Evaluation Process)
Consult with and assist Team Members and management on current performance management processes and system; troubleshoot system issues for resolution
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, leveraging data and insights to inform decisions related to talent development, compensation, and overall workforce strategy
Develop and conduct performance management training (New Hire Orientation, Leadership Induction Training, As Needed)
Create and implement performance management policies and procedures that support company objectives and align with strategic goals
Promote strategies and programs, such as training and mentoring, to enhance Team Member capabilities and support career development
Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend organizational development initiatives for continuous improvement
Advise and assist in developing position descriptions and competency components for HMMA positions
Facilitate succession planning activities to identify critical roles, future leaders, and other career development programs
Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements
Meet all other requirements as assigned
Qualification
Required

Analyzes organizational structures, responsibilities, teamwork, business and operating procedures, reporting relationships, and work processes to develop programs, policies, and training aimed at aligning Team Member performance with organizational goals
Administer the performance management system and process, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and feedback tools to drive productivity and align individual goals with company objectives

Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
0 – 10 years of job related experience preferred
3 – 5 years of Performance Management or Organizational Development experience preferred
PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) preferred
SAP desired
Position may require occasional travel (domestic or foreign)
Flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, and off shift
Position may require on-call duty or overtime due to overall responsibility
